Oxford Commons takes a different approach to student housing. We think our residents should enjoy all the comforts of home, and spend their time on the important things in life…maybe even studies.

Oxford Commons is a resort-style community offering 2-bedroom and 4-bedroom townhouses, as well as 1-bedroom flats. Each condominium features attractive furnishings, deluxe appliances, including your own washer and dryer.  Our popular “Rent Free” summers eliminate the headache of moving each year.

Each condominium is individually owned, with most being under the on-site management care of Oxford Real Estate, Inc. The management office is easily accessible, just inside the front door of the Clubhouse.

Our Community Clubhouse provides an entertaining and informal gathering place for our residents. Additional services include our complimentary coffee bar with wireless internet, professional 24-hour on-site management, copier and fax facilities, postal services, fitness studio, billiards room, and computer lab with high speed internet.

Oxford Commons provides its residents with private bus service, running to and from campus, every half hour. The Miami Metro also stops just across the street from our complex entrance.

Mailboxes are located next to our two sparkling pools; Fed Ex and UPS deliveries are accepted and held for your convenience at the Clubhouse.

Oxford Commons is conveniently located within walking distance of campus, shopping, banking, restaurants, and recreation. Oxford Commons offers a rare and unique standard of living after all; the only thing common about us is our name!
